When a position grows from 1.00 to 1.10 of its cost basis, only the profit above the original principal is sold. The original principal stays invested and keeps working. Realized positive profit goes into the reward pool.

stop rule — 0.80x

If a position falls to 0.80x of its cost basis, the position is closed and the remaining capital returns to the fund wallet, where it can be redeployed.

Execution is mechanical, but slippage, fees and moving prices mean real fills will not match these numbers exactly. Positions can lose money.
